When service is required, return the spray gun directly to Albatross. Before returning you must contact Albatross directly by phone at 718-392-6272 or email sales@albachem.com and request an RMA number. Please include the following information in the carton when returning a cleaning gun for repair:
- name and address of firm
- contact name
- place of purchase
- copy of sales invoice (if available)
- description of problem experienced
- your contact information (phone, email)
