The Copperhead Charge electric dryer bundles cutting edge technology and versatility in a single efficient package that makes it the perfect choice for start-ups and medium sized shops.
Its advanced airflow system and edge-to-edge heat chamber can easily cure waterbase, plastisol and DTG prints. The Charge's Cool Skin technology also keeps heat inside the dryer, while the outer surface stays cool to the touch.
The Patriot Belt and Sure Trak roller system work in unison to keep the belt in place, while a maintenance-free brushless AC electric motor with variable-frequency drive provides reliable, accurate belt-speed control. A digital belt speed readout makes it easy to duplicate conveyor dryer speed settings.
A manual belt crank also allows operators to rotate the belt manually to remove shirts in-case of power outages.
