We offer a return policy of 30 days for our standard stock items. If the item was misrepresented, shipped incorrectly, or was damaged in some way then contact us and we will promptly exchange or refund your purchase. Custom orders are unable to be returned due to the nature of such orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you require a return or exchange, contact us via email or phone to let us know what the issue is. In some cases we may be able to send a replacement out immediately with no further action required, especially if your product was damaged in transit.
All returns must be made within 30 days of invoicing and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders such as PMS mixes or special order items may not be returned except on condition of damage or defect. Must call for RMA number.
Upon receipt of your return we will immediately send out your replacement or process your due refund. Note that depending on payment method it may take a few days for a refund to post to your account.

If possible, please include a copy of your purchase receipt in the return packaging (emailed to you when you made your original purchase). This will expedite the processing of your refund or exchange once we receive it. Note - applicable sales taxes are non-refundable.
