What is the "Overweight Package Fee"?

Beginning on January 1 2020, both FedEx and UPS reduced the weight of an Overweight Package from 70lbs to 50lbs and instituted an additional fee of $24 for any package over this weight. This applies to both commercial and residential customers. Previously, this did not affect many supply items but at the now-reduced rate a significant number of our items now reflect this increase as an Overweight Package Fee (most 5-Gallon ink sizes will see this additional fee). This fee is independent of our Free Shipping promotion and will be required on any package shipped over 50lbs.

How do I get free shipping on my order?

Our Free Shipping offer applies to any order over $299 that contains eligible items (denoted by the Free Shipping banner under the product price). Generally this will apply to in-stock supply items but may also include equipment if noted on that product page. This offer is for web orders only and does not apply to call-in orders.  Non-stock items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not eligible for free shipping. Orders combining free and non-free shipping items will only be charged by the weight of the non free-shipping items. Some in-stock items (such as large frames) are not eligible for free shipping as they are classified by carriers as an Oversize Product and thus carry a higher shipping rate.

Free Shipping offer is only valid for orders delivered to continental US addresses. All free shipping orders will be shipped standard ground via best rate carrier. Free Shipping does not include charges incurred for lift gate or inside delivery fees.  Our Free Shipping promotion does not cover additional UPS or FedEx fees such as Overweight Packages (customer will be responsible for any such charges). My company has a reseller ID and is tax exempt. How do I avoid sales tax showing up for my purchases online?

If you are a tax exempt customer in NC, GA, IN, or TX you are required to fill out a E-595E form and submit that form to us (this form must be signed and mailed). Once received, your account will be marked as tax exempt and you will no longer be charged sales tax. To avoid sales tax showing up on online purchases, register you account online by going here; your account will then be marked as tax exempt (if you have already registered online we will mark your account as tax exempt upon receipt of these documents). 

Where will my product(s) ship from?

Your order will ship from the closest warehouse location to your shipping address. Note that not all products are available at all locations. If your order is critical please contact customer service at 888-344-4657 for location stock inquiry. In the event that a drop ship item is ordered, you should be notified by phone that your order will be drop shipped and will not be shipping from a Texsource location.

What are Showroom or Pickup Hours?

Office and/or pickup hours for our NC and Georgia, Texas, and Indiana locations are Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm local business time.  If you intend to pick up an order in person, we require that you first call to order so that we can give you an approximate pickup time and verify product availability.

How Do I Get Tracking Information?

Tracking information is sent to you via email by UPS or FedEx, depending on shipment. If you do not receive this and require your tracking information please call customer service at 888-344-4657.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All in stock items generally ship same day from our North Carolina, Georgia, Indiana, or Texas warehouses when ordered by 3pm EST. For Pantone color matches, please call in order before 2 pm EST.

Where can I find information on returning an order?

If you have an issue regarding an incorrect or damaged shipment please refer to the 'Returns' section of this website for the instructions on the return process.

How do I cancel an order?

If you have placed an order that requires cancellation please call customer service at 888-344-4657.  Note that our in-stock orders are processed very quickly so it is important that you contact us as quickly as you can to ensure cancellation before shipment. 

How is shipping handled on large items, like equipment?

We use UPS freight, FedEx national, AAA cooper and Old Dominion freight lines. You can also arrange for pickup from most of our locations. All items that are not able to be shipped via UPS or Fedex due to weight or size restrictions require a freight quote. Call 888-344-4657 or use our Live Chat feature on our home page (chat availability times may vary). 

Are online prices guaranteed?

Texsource makes every effort to keep our website information accurate and up to date. However, Texsource is not responsible for errors in pricing and/or product descriptions, or alterations from displayed photos. Screen Printing Supply.com claims no credit for any images posted on this site unless otherwise noted. Images on this site are copyright to its respectful owners.
