Clamshell Heat Presses

A Clamshell Heat Press is so named after the method that the press opens to accept the substrate - the top platen rises straight up much like a clam opens its shell.  These products typically open quite wide for safe placement or removal of your product.  The work best when side-to-side space is limited and would prevent the use of a swingaway press.  Many feature digital temp and timing control as well as easy pressure adjustments.  These are the perfect presses for shops where free space is limited.
