This emulsion is not only affordable but durable!!! I have personally used this emulsion on jobs that were 7,800 pieces on an automatic, using 70/90/70 squeegees, and it didn't break down once. We have done this many times. The only time I've had issues with this emulsion was when we had someone new washing screens and they didn't degrease the screens correctly. On higher mesh screens, this emulsion does well if spread on thin. I have printed many 4 color process jobs using 305 mesh with this emulsion with amazing results. As a matter of fact, don't spread this emulsion on thick like other emulsions and you'll be surprised at the results. This emulsion also does well in high humidity, not sticking to the older style light tables like we have. Wash your screens correctly and burn your screens at the correct time and won't have issues. Don't get stuck on thinking more expensive is better.

For the price I paid for these squeegees, I would have expected the wooden handles to be finished a little better. I had to sand them before I used them the first time.

I’ve been using Orange for years and wouldn’t see any need to change. Does everything from short runs to my 5000 shirt orders. Also, works great for 110 to 200 mesh.

The Silver foil ink added a nice metallic shimmering effect while maintaining a soft-hand feel . We printed through a 110 mesh with no problem and it held detail with good coverage.

I only use a single coat - on the back side of the screen - with a 3 to 4 minute burn. We have had good success with this method.

We’ve used ez film for years. Very consistent, no mess. Go direct from reclaim to coating with no waiting for screens to dry. Slightly more expensive per screen, but not having to clean a goopy emulsion coater every single time is great for shops with limited water supply. All you need is a squirt bottle to apply the film.

We’ve had much better luck with the red 30 mil vs the orange 50 mil. Red is all we ever order now.

We use Platinum 200 Mist on hoodies instead of web spray and get way less residue on underside of shirts and and sticks just as good!

This film works well. I use a Canon pixma 8720 with Accurip emerald. Its Reasonably priced as well!

Color was perfect, ink prints and acts just like it should. Will use them again for PMS mixing.

I will continue to use this, It works well for my shop. I love that when to heat it up it continues to hold and it last so you are not reapplying every rotation or two.
