The Big Buddy Series from Black Body is a compact, lightweight and versatile dryer for small shops needing some extra capacity. Featuring Black Body Heaters and a floating belt tracking guide, the Big Buddy is designed to provide years of dependable, trouble-free service.
Two finely tuned zones with custom coiled long-wave infrared elements guarantee a heat profile 'plateau'. Quickly getting the ink to curing temperatures and then holding it there lends to greater wash-fastness no matter the ink line or thickness of print.
The elements are designed so that the heat from belt edge-to-edge is nearly identical. Load a shirt anyway that you like; the middle of the belt is not hotter than the edges. Auto-plateauing technology also makes curing water-based inks easier without air flow. Gone are the days of running shirts through twice!
