Digital Inks

Digital and hybrid inks from Matsui and Avient's Aquarius line are used to print a smooth, receptive underbase for digital inks when paired with digital systems.  Digital hybrid printing systems combine the speed and efficiency of a digital printer with the quality and versatility of screen printing. Digital inks, like those from Matsui and Avient, are specifically formulated to work the printer's digital squeegee technology, which uses a series of flexible blades to lay down the ink in a controlled, precise manner. The right combinations of ink, and in some cases, additives or pre-treatments, can achieve high-quality prints on cotton, polyester and blended substrates.
