Sports jerseys call for a thicker heat transfer vinyl, and Specialty Materials ThermoSPORT delivers!  ThermoSPORT being thicker allows it to maintain its shape with the open gaps found in most jerseys. When you need to press a jersey, grab your ThermoSPORT™!

ThermoSPORT™ is a durable and thick HTV.  It’s also designed for pressing quickly at lower temperatures! Worry no longer about dye migration- the quicker press and thickness helps to block dye migration.   This material cannot be layered and we do not recommend cutting with a laser cutter.  This is a PVC product, which can emit hazardous fumes when cut with a laser machine.

APPLICATION TIPS

  • A test is recommended on an  inconspicuous area before applying to the final product area
  • Blade - 45 degrees
  • Mirror the image for cutting
  • Press at 300f-320f degrees for approximately 8-10 seconds
  • Use medium, even pressure
  • Peel warm or cold
  • Wash according to garment instructions
  • Non-layerable
