Screen printers can ditch static frames and stretch screens on demand with the new ECO Frame replaceable mesh system. 

Comprised of reusable aluminum frames, bars, mesh panels and simple-to-use hand stretching tools, the ECO Frame product line was designed to help screen printers save time, money and make the most of valuable print shop space when compared to costlier static frames. 

The 20" x 24" frames allow printers to choose from 110, 125, 160, 180, 200, 230, 280, 305 or 355 mesh count panels. Using a single frame, the system allows screen printers to swap mesh panels in two minutes or less.

  • 4x - 20" x 24" Aluminum Eco Frames
  • 2x - 160-Count Mesh Panels (white)
  • 2x - 200-count Mesh Panels (yellow)
  • 1x - Mesh Stretching Tool

The durability of aluminum static frame screens have long been the industry standard because of their ubiquity and durability, but replacing damaged mesh can be both difficult and time consuming. Printers generally box and ship screens to third party restretching services, a process that can result in weeks of waiting before receiving finished screens. Now, printers can turn to the ECO Frame system and be back in action in just minutes.
