The BBC Alpha Press is, as its name implies, the beginning. This starter press is a great option to get your screen print business off the ground, as a secondary press or even for on-site printing. Its low cost, lightweight design and customization makes it ideal for these applications. If you are tight on space, the BBC Alpha can mount on top of the BBC Little Buddy Dryer to cure your space or mobility requirements.
Nylon Bolt Registration - Keeping cost low but accuracy high on the Alpha series; comes standard with nylon bolt registration. The precision cut steel arms index between two large nylon bolts, yielding consistent and accurate printing.
Micro Registration - Three adjuster barrels allow you to position your screens in perfect registration after the screen is clapped. Side to side, in and out, and rotational movement is easy and fast. Once located, simply secure the microlok knobs to prevent the screen from further movement.
Quick Release Platen - The Alpha Series comes standard with a quick release platen system. Easily change platen sizes to meet each job specifications.
