Texsource Chem ER1 - Emulsion Remover is a fast acting emulsion remover that's easy to use and easy on you. 

Emulsion Remover rapidly breaks down stencils, including direct and capillary emulsions along with high density films.  The product can be used in conjunction with other Texsource screen cleaning compounds, allowing screen printers to efficiently move through their screen reclaiming tasks.

  • Can be used on plastisol, UV, solvent-based, water-based and silicone-based inks. 
DIRECTIONS 
  1. Best used in a wash out booth.
  2. Spray both sides of the screen with Emulsion Remover and scrub with blue or red scrub pads.
  3. Allow chemical to remain on screen for up to 30 seconds to thoroughly break down emulsion.
  4. Power wash both sides of the screen from top to bottom until emulsion is removed.
  5. For best results, follow up with Texsource's Chem 75 Haze Remover and Degreaser.
