EZ FILM 30 is ideal for standard textile printing using conventional, non-aqueous garment printing inks. It is priced to be an economical alternative to direct emulsion in material cost and because it offers significant savings in labor and production time. EZ FILM 30 is ideal for mesh counts ranging from 230 - 419 threads /inch (90 and 165/cm.). It is pink in color and coated on 300-gauge matte-surface polyester.

EZ FILM 30 produces superb stencils quickly, consistently, and with no mess or waste. At a controlled-coating thickness, EZ FILM 30’s exposure time and ink deposit (with the same mesh count) is always constant. It adheres perfectly, dries faster than direct emulsion, and exposes very quickly. EZ FILM 30 can be adhered with plain water or with QTX® direct emulsion. EZ FILM 30 is sold in convenient prepackaged sheets.

SHELF LIFE - Unexposed screens can be stored in a dark, dry, cool environment for up to one month.  Unexposed film can be stored in the same environment for up to one year.  High heat and humidity will reduce shelf life.

50 sheets per package.  Choose sheet size and thickness.

Excellent solution for smaller shops

We’ve used ez film for years. Very consistent, no mess. Go direct from reclaim to coating with no waiting for screens to dry. Slightly more expensive per screen, but not having to clean a goopy emulsion coater every single time is great for shops with limited water supply. All you need is a squirt bottle to apply the film.

We’ve had much better luck with the red 30 mil vs the orange 50 mil. Red is all we ever order now.

Capillary film rocks!

I know! I Know! Why do I use Capillary when Emulsion is so much better. My Anwser: "I hate the clean up!" Capillary film has saved me many times from having to dry screens twice and gives me a consistent thickness on the screen.
