Warehouse and Shipping Position

Warehouse and Shipping Associates are critical members of our team, ensuring our warehouse and shipping procedures are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This is a position of great responsibility within the company, and if you have a critical attention for detail and organization, this challenging position may be right for you.  We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join us in full-time Warehouse and Shipping positions for the following locations:

Baltimore, Maryland

Responsibilities

 - Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
 - Receive and organize incoming inventory
 - Operate basic warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, carts, etc. (fork lift certification is a plus)
 - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
 - Accurately pull orders from warehouse locations for shipping
 - Assist with loading/unloading freight deliveries
 - Work closely with the team to meet daily shipping deadlines
 - Efficiently pack orders into boxes for UPS / FedEx shipping, or prepare pallets for freight shipping
 - Fluent with computer technology (or able to quickly learn) for using shipping and freight booking software and services, and handheld scanning systems

Qualifications

 - Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
 - Valid drivers license or dependable transport to and from our location
 - Able to lift 40–70 lbs regularly
 - Attention to detail and basic organizational skills
 - Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
 - Warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
