Texsource is looking for qualified and experienced sales representatives to manage and grow accounts in a defined territory, focusing on both our screen print and digital printing markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands (or is eager to learn) the screen and digital printing industry, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a consultative, face-to-face sales environment. We currently have sales rep positions open for the following states:
Georgia - North Carolina - Virginia - South Carolina - Florida
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing customers in your territory
- Prospect and generate new business with screen printers and apparel decorators
- Present products, run demos, and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Submit call reports, expense reports, and prospectus for future sales growth
- Maintain regular in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, warehouse, marketing)
- Track activity, opportunities, and sales in CRM
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors
- Attend trade shows, open houses, and customer events as needed
- Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding the use of screen printing supplies and equipment. Be knowledgeable enough to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Stay informed about products, market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience is recommended (B2B preferred)
- Screen printing, textile, or apparel decoration experience is a big plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time and territory management
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- A good understanding of market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
- Basic computer skills (CRM, email, quoting tools)
and other relevant tools and software
