    Aquarius Discharge Activator ZF is a key component in the Aquarius Discharge and Plasticharge ink systems to create an easy-to-use dischargeable ink. 

    Mix Activator ZF, at 6 percent by weight, until dissolved completely. Once activated inks colors should be used within 8 hours to prevent any color change issues. To prevent wastage only activate a small amount of color at a time.

    The resulting ink mixture will have a consistency similar to water based inks and can be discharged when printing on cotton garments. Discharge and plasticharge inks soak into cotton fibers, release the dyes from the underlying substrate when run through a dryer and replace them with the discharge color pigments. 

    Discharge and plasticharge inks produce durable, bright, opaque prints with an incredibly soft hand feel. Conventional plastisol inks can also be layered on top of either, making them useful as an underbase. 

    Consult your shirt provider to make sure you are getting quality dischargeable cotton shirts or colors may change during the curing process.
