Screen cleaning automation is now within reach of even the smallest print shops thanks to Bluewater Labs High Pressure Screen Cleaning System. The single stage system was designed for small-to-medium sized shops as a way to eliminate the use of handheld pressure washers and unnecessary overspray to remove ink, emulsion and stains when cleaning screens.  A crating fee may be required for this product.

How to Operate

  • Remove Tape & Ink
    When you are ready to clean screens, remove the tape and scrape out all of the excess ink from the screen.

  • Dip Screen In Dip Tank
    Place your screen in the dip tank to soften the ink and emulsion.

  • Place Screen in Machine
    Place your screen in the machine, close the door, and press start. The machine will run for 90 seconds.

  • Remove Frame, Add Dehazer
    When the cycle is done, pull the frame out and spray on dehazer to the front and back of the mesh and scrub.

  • Place Screen In Machine
    Place your screen back in the machine, close the door, and press start. The machine will run for 90 seconds.

  • Remove Screen & Rack to Dry
    When the cycle is done, pull your frame out and place it on a rack to dry.
