Monarch’s Legion Color Series is a premium line of high-opacity plastisol screen printing inks designed to accurately match standard Pantone colors. It is specifically formulated for printing on dark garments, 100% polyester, and poly/cotton blends. These are low-cure inks (test cure as low as 280f).

Key Features
  • High Opacity & Bleed Resistance: Engineered to offer massive coverage and block dye migration on 100% polyester, poly/cotton, and tri-blends.
  • Texture: Formulated to be creamy, "short-body" inks, making them very easy to print and providing an ultra-soft hand feel.
  • Fast Flashing: Designed to cure quickly under flash units, making them highly efficient for both manual and automatic presses.
Common Applications
  • Substrates: 100% Cotton, Polyester, Poly-blends, Tri-blends, and stretchy fabrics.
  • Curing Temps: Cures at roughly 280° F (137° C).
  • Mesh Counts: Printable straight from the container through mesh ranges from 86 to 300 without viscosity modifiers.
