Roll = 60 yards (180ft).  The 3" PMI #560 RED Screen Printers Tape is made in the USA with a proprietary UV-cured adhesive on a red BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film backing. The soft adhesive is engineered to flow deeply into the mesh weave for higher adhesion applications (16 oz/in) while leaving no residue on removal for reclaim. Per PMI’s technical data sheet, the #560 RED is “compatible with all emulsion and ink types", making this a true universal screen tape.


The PMI #560 RED Tape features a soft adhesive that wets into the mesh preventing ink from seeping under the tape. PMI RED Tape peels cleanly in every application no matter the ink or emulsion type.  It is the perfect tape for masking the inside of frames and for blocking out the mesh.

  • Manufactured by PMI Tape (Advanced Screen Technologies) at their facility in Noblesville, IN. American manufacturing, American supply chain.
  • Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film backing is dimensionally stable, doesn’t stretch under tension, and tears cleanly when snapped.
  • Per PMI’s technical data sheet: “PMI RED Tape is compatible with all emulsion and ink types.” One tape that works across plastisol, water-based, discharge, HSA, UV inks, and every common stencil chemistry.
  • Red BOPP film visually distinguishes red-taped screens from your standard white or split-taped screens.
  • Low Profile - PMI RED Tape is 2.8 mils thick so that the squeegee can run over the edge of the tape.
  • Semi-Transparent - PMI RED Tape is semi-transparent so you can see exactly what you are covering up.
