Rutland Super Poly Plus White is NEW improved formulation of the Super Poly White you have trusted for years.  It is a press-ready non-phthalate, low-bleed plastisol white for printing on 100% polyester garments. NPT Super Poly Plus White has great dye migration resistance. For severe bleeding fabrics, we suggest EL0266 NPT Barrier Base (Grey) as an underbase for maximum protection against dye migration.
